Club Managers -The club managers are Suresh Patel, Vasant Patel and Amar Amin. Their contact information may be found in the club’s WhatsApp group. For suggestions, complaints and other matters please contact one of the club managers. Note that the tournament directors (TDs) are different from club managers and may be different for each game.

WhatsApp Group - The WhatsApp group for club members should be used primarily for finding partners. The club may post periodic announcements there. To join that group please contact one of the club managers.

Game Time Issuess - For any game time issues, stay logged into BBO and send a private chat (via BBO) to one of the tournament directors (TDs). You can see who the directors are before the game starts (also during registration) in tournament details. Do not call any of them by phone. If you registered successfully but when the game started you got dropped by BBO, send a BBO chat to one of the TDs indicating your partner's BBO ID as well. If there a half table, TD will invite you to take one of the sits.

New Member Referrals - For referring new members, a current member should contact one of the managers. The new memeber must be known personally to the current member(s), must be familiar with BBO online play, be familiar with the information on this website and must have at least intermediate bridge skill.
